As an answer to: Should you be able to fully retract or not? PAUL B written by Steven at 24 Mar 2002 13:20:33:

The foreskin should retract and reveal the head of the penis, so as to allow contact (stimulation) to the gland itself. You're not going to get an objective from the anti-circ community. Like Jim, most do not have any reference as to the sensation that you get or don't from a foreskin (especially one that doesn't retact). Plus, the idea of someone getting circ'd drives them nuts. You've probably read articles and posts from the anti-circ community that the foreskin is a hugely erotic (people like Jim post that all the time - but he's cut so how does he know what's it like to have a strangled penis?). The fact is, that if you can't retract it, it's like wearing a glove over your penis. I got a partial-circ about a year ago because I could'nt retract my foreskin and now thoroughly enjoy direct stimulation of the gland and do not have to worry about ripping and tearing etc.

I'm certainly not suggesting that a partial-circ or whatever is the ideal solution for you. There's a bunch of alternatives, most of which you can find at the site that hosts this forum http://www.male-initiation.net/welcome.html . The site is generally quite objective and contains lots of articles on the success and pros and cons of non-invasive methods (like stretching) as well as detailing the surgical ones.

If you have any questions you want to ask me, try my Circumcision Faq or e-mail me.

Hope this helps.
