First, do you have the sufficient diameter in your opening to allow insertion of a film canister?

If that is so, then you need to cut off the end of the can with a hack saw or a crafts knife. Use a file to smooth the cut edge.

The end of the can which was the original opening should be inserted into the opening over the glans. Roll the foreskin up over the can and secure it to the can with medical first aid tape.

You can leave the can in place all day long and even pee through it. I'd suggest taking it out at bedtime to ensure that you don't cause pressure to be put upon any particular part while you might roll over onto it. Removing it daily also gives you an opportunity to inspect yourself and also take care of hygiene.
