>How much skin do you have left ? (how much of head covered when soft)

If totally flaccid, there's about a 1-cm diameter circle
left uncovered.

>Does your glans spend any amount of time fully exposed during the day or >night ? (eg: when you wake up, is you head mostly exposed ?)

Not much, unless I have a full erection.

>Are you able to leave your remaining foreskin retracted in underwear ?

I can do this, but find it uncomfortable from the glans being sensitive.

>If you do this, you may find that the redness will go away.

It's only the scar, it seems; not too sore or red normally,
but I can't handle it firmly. Also, it's sore if I handle
the point where the suture of the vein still us.

>Are you complaining about the mechanics of the foreskin, or the sensitivity of >glans?

Just that at the moment, sensitivity seems to be decreased.
As some other users of phimosis, I used to masturbate when
younger using a more pressing motion than the usuall
"tunnel with a fist " motion, and could do this even
when only semi-erect.

Over later years, when I became aware of my phimosis, I
taught myself to use the fist method, and so became
more used to the normal mechanics of sex, which helped
during sex itself, although if I wasn't _extremely_ turned
on , the phimosis meant that at best I couldnt' achieve
ejaculation, and at worst experienced pain.

Since the circ, my experiences at masturbation have been
mainly poor, due to the fact my erections are not very hard, and I've experienced pain when i use a lot of friction. I'm hoping this
is just temporary. i plan to go back to my consultant next week,
and hopefully he has some answers.
