Ben, it's highly unlikely that the little brown spot on your penis is related to cancer. I've had one there myself for quite a while, and it's no cause for worry. HOWEVER, when I first noticed it I showed it to the doctor who assured me there was malignancy. I suggest you show yours to a reputable doctor too, to get a professional's input. It should be no embarrassment to you, and the reassurance is well worth the effort. Best wishes, rjk.
