The question is asked because the answer is unknown to me. Having no experience with devices designed to stretch a tight foreskin opening, I have never advised anyone on the subject, except to recommend that they consult someone with practical experience. Rather than rely continually on others for the information, it would seem advantageous to know what to suggest in circumstances similar to my own, as they would have resonance in my own experience. Weren't you asked the same question and for the same reason?

Yes, I have another question. What would you suggest if the foreskin opening is 1/4 inch or slightly less?
