My guess on this is influenced by the Beauges report. How you masturbate (and generally handle/keep your forskin) probably will influence greatly the long term results of your stretching.

If a foreskin never loosened up (or worse, got tight during puberty as is often the case), there is a reason. Beauges says that if you masturbate properly and retract frequently, the skin will loosen and stay loose a you grow. But if you maintain the same "lifestyle" that allowed you to acquire/keep that phimosis, then I suspect that the odds of having problems later after succesful stretching are higher.

Many pro-circ opponents of partial circumcision will often point out that partial circ doesn't prevent further phimosis. However, it is my personal experience that if enough skin was removed to result in the foreskin self-retractyiong completely during erections, your foreskin will retract enough times echa day/night that you won't be able to get phimosis even if you don't masturbate.

But if the foreskin contines to be able to remain over the glans when erect and your masturbation technique leaves the skin over glans, then chances are much higher that you would re-acquire a phimosis later on.

Many anti-circ folks seem to think that having aforeskin that is not fully retractable during erection is normal and desirable. That is just because they will say anything to hide the fact that foreskins sometimes do need treatment.

A foreskin must not only be fully retractable during erection, but it must also *easily* retract, other wise you are asking for trouble/pain/infections due to the friction/tension during intercourse/masturbation.

If you goal is to remain uncut at all costs even if it means painful sex, then that is your choice. But if your goal is to get a penis that provides painfree, worryfree and pleasurable sex, then you can start to look at various options that will solve your problem. A snip and a couple weeks healing may sound scary to some, but consider that it will provide a lifetime of better sex compared to a defective foreskin.

Consider also that getting some type of surgery also gives you the chance to improve the way your penis looks *IF* you are not too thrilled about the appearance of your current foreskin (too long, wrinkly overhang etc etc).

If you do choose to go with the stretching and you have a long foreskin, you will have to make a mental effort for a while to make sure that your masturbnation technique does "work" the foreskin and that retracting the foreskin as often as possible becomes instinctive (while pissing, shower etc).

Consider those creams and stretching to be like intravenous food that allows you to heal sufficiently to eat on your own. The stretching/creams will allow you to be good enough to retract the skin, but as soon as it can, you'll have to keep on retract it as often as possible to keep it loose.

If you have been masturbating a certain "phimotic" way all yor life, it may not be so easy to retrain yourself.
