My tight foreskin

Hey I have worried about this for ages and never had the guts to ask about it and it has been such a relief to find this site where others are with the same problems as me! I thought it was normal not to be able to pull my foreskin back when hard, but i thought the only cure was surgery. A good mate of mine recently told me he had to be circumcised when in his teens and he probably thought I was a real pervert asking all about his problem! I finally told him why I was asking...

I read all the discussions and I am in the same position as Jake Booth. I can pull my foreskin back ok when my penis is soft, but not when it is hard. Since reading the comments last night, I tried to find a 35mm film cartridge but could find one. So all day today I have pulled my foreskin back and kept it like that. It feels a bit weird, as it's a bit sensitive, but my mate was saying that he found it was like that for a few weeks after his operation.

If I go around for a while with it like this do you think that will work too? How long does it usually take?
