>Thanks.I think you'll probably need to work the skin back and forth several times a day to make sure it gets accustomed to the amount of stretching it needs to do. Keeping it back won't give it a good stretch because of the groove that the skin settles into. It needs regularly to be moved over the rim. Warning: Doing this exercise by rapidly moving the skin back and forth over the rim could become habit forming!
