As far as I know there are no doctors that frequent this site. Perhaps you can speak to your own doctor who will be able to best advise as to any questions and concerns you have regarding cream and stretching.

Obviously I don't how old you are, but if you are in your early-mid teens I'd suggest speaking to one of your parents. They will want to know if you have any concerns regarding the functionality of your foreskin and will want to know that you are treated correctly. They will also want to offer you support in this. I appreciate it may be embarrassing, but you won't have to show them anything.
