I'm not trying to be hard on you, or even to disrespect you because of your age. I also appreciate your explantion, but I have to stand pat with my former statement. You really need to think a lot harder about this idea. Not having had much experience with your present "style", you don't yet know now it can serve you, do you? Take our (Paul's and mine) and do the stretching. When you consider that your life expectancy could be as long as 100 years, a few months is really nothing to contribute to a part of your body which will give so much back to you for this small effort. Don't wimp out on yourself.
