Come on Jim. That’s a bit harsh. If he can’t discuss it with others, a man is going to have to work out how to do this stretching stuff entirely on his own. This isn’t easy. Besides feed back, others give motivation. If you’re on your own on some particular quest, motivation can be a difficult thing.
Also, there may be some foreskin configurations – tight phimotic ring coupled with a very short thick frenulum – and some skin types and conditions – lichen sclerosis - that do not respond so easily to stretching alone, though circumcision, even partial, should not be the only solution offered to a guy in these situations.
