If you're inclined that way, by all means go to the London clinic and have them explain your options. If you're tired of sitting penis in hand, stretching and stretching and stretching into infinity, with no end in sight, and have decided, yourself, that it's time to take decisive action, then it IS time to do so. That's no failure, it's a positive, valid use of the brain you have and the time at your disposal. I'm not urging you to do this [or not to do it], just reminding you [if you need such reminder!] that it's your right to take the remedial action you choose, whatever anyone else may think or say.
An alternative to partial circ, if you're reluctant to lose any of your 'precious skin', is a dorsal slit. A comparatively short slit can often free the tight skin and end the problem. Spyros has written here about this from time to time; his contributions are in the archive. Follow your conscience, and make up your mind. Good luck!
