I came here a few weeks ago, having followed a link from elsewhere and in search of non-biased pointers towards a solution to my recent foreskin constriction.

Almost immediately I found myself the subject of a sneering reply from Paul B. (see here) -- stated to be the only qualified doctor who contributes, and if I hadn't been sure of my own qualification I would have been squashed by this. His approach was like that of the majority of our UK general practitioners, who don't have time to listen and won't countenance a challenge to their opinion, however hasty or misinformed that opinion might be.

I have had a couple of helpful responses, notably from Jim and Ad (tmtanec), but most of what I've found useful at this board has come from what I've read here and then made subject to my own judgement.

The other distraction, of course, is the constant flaming between AJ and Jim. Come on, you two. If you must fight, at least have the common decency to do it in private.
