>The very thought of having the glans in contact with the underwear is giving me jitters. Guess I would start by having the foreskin retracted with an underwear on when sleeping.
>In between I noticed another problem when I have the foreskin retracted and have an erection. It is that the foreskin holds the head too tight (in the underside of the head), in effect preventing the circulation of blood out of the head. I am not sure if this is merely because of not having retracted the foreskin for long or due to some peculiarity in the anatomy. Again if people have ideas would be most grateful.

Sleeping with the skin retracted could lead to a case of paraphimosis. That's when the skin gets stuck behind the corona and can't be brought forward without immediate action. You see, during your dreams, you'll be getting those erections that are causing you some problems now.

Start retracting during your "playtime." Use a lube if necessary to make things glide just as easily as possible. In time, the nerves will temper to the touch of the skin gliding over them. As that happens, you'll be able to start touching the glans with your fingers.

You aren't in a contest to get this done, so take your time and enjoy what you are doing. To make yourself miserable is not going to be much motivation for getting it done. Don't worry, it will eventually work, and work right. You just have a bit of time to make up for. OK? I'm on your side, so if you need more reassurance, just ask.
