Is there any pain when you stretch? Perhaps you are stretching too far. Just gentle tugs which take it up to the point where pain would begin are enough.
I don't recommend sleeping with the skin retracted for the very problem you mention. It could get stuck. Try doing it during the day if you wish to use this method.
Are you retracting when peeing? This is your best opportunity because of the frequency.
Just be patient. Remember there is no race involved here.
>Hi all
>Thanks for the wealth of suggestions and comfort. I am stretching the foreskin for the last 3 days. (I am trying to make the foreskin slide over the widest portion of the glans when fully erect. I hope this indeed is the stretching talked about)There are some things I noticed and need a bit of clarification on.
>1. The day after I found that the edge of the foreskin is a bit inflammed. Wanted to know if this is normal. It is not unbearable or anything. Also there is a similar feeling in the widest portion of the glans.
>2. When I have my foreskin fully retracted and I have an erection, the foreskin gets tight on the base of the penis. It is almost like having a twine tied on the penis and of course bigger the erection the worser it is.
>3. I believe that the glans are less sensitive now than they were 3 days back. It is still in the hugely uncomfortable zone, but it looks like there has been some progress. I do keep my foreskin retracted and wear a tight underwear when sleeping. But usually I have to cover the glans in the middle of the night as a erection - due to the foreskin tightening on the penis - makes it a bit uncomfortable and disturbs sleep.
>Thanks again!!
