Just tell him that your foreskin is tight and ask for a prescription for Betamethazone so you can stretch it and loosen it up. He's seen tight foreskins before and odds are in your favour that he doesn't want to see your willy any more than you want to show him. Most doctors realize that the majority of men are qualified to self diagnose whether their foreskin is tight.
