Don't be too embarrassed so as not to go. Sure, it's embarrassing showing of your manhood (if indeed they ask to see it), but it'd only be for a few seconds. Plus, doctors have see so many willies - short ones, long ones, thin ones, fat ones, some that smell, some that are tight, some that are torn, some that are bruised, some that speak (okay, I made that last one up). The point is - they've seen it all before. It means nothing to them, you're just another patient. Sure that probably doesn't mean you'd be any less nervous, but hey, once it's done - it's done. If you do decide to speak to your doctor, just think of England or something during the examination. If you're worried about it being "erotic" or whatever, don't be - it's not. When a doctor examines your privates it is done so in a different context and your willy appreciates that in advance.
