penile + groin pain

I read in your forum that others have similar penile problems like I have experienced. I have a weak muscle feeling in my groin behind my right testicle. sometimes a dull ache in the right testicle also. I feel like there is something blocking my urethra in the middle of the shaft. It feels like there is still semen in the area on the bottom of the penis a bit below the head afer ejaculating. It also feels as if some urine is trapped ther after urinating. I get occasional pains that shoot through my urethra. I have had pains that I think might be nerves that flow down my inner right leg to my knee that start from behind my right groin. I also have skin on the top head that gets dry and flakes off on a regular basis. I think it might be connected to the other pains. This all started about 5 months ago. Some days it bothers me very little but other days its all day long! I have poor posture when sitting which might be connected to it being a nerve problem. It feels much less of a problem when laying down. Any ideas on what else might cause this or what might help. I've seen a urologist several times and he says everything is normal and I'm fine. I think he just doesnt know what my problem is. It is almost a feeling like I have to pee even after I just did, the feeling of there being urine still needing to be shot out, bet I cant even squeeze more out. Please give any advise you found that might help.
