There are certain pieces of information that are crucial to answering questions such as yours.

• Absolutely vital: How old are you?


• If under 18, for how long or since when have you masturbated/ ejaculated?


• What experience of sex have you had? That is, have you had sex with a partner, if so, what sort of sex, roughly how many, do you still see them, have they any problems?


• Can you tell anything else that happened in your life about the same time this started? Illness, injury, moved house, big upset with someone?


• Apart from when you masturbate and pee, have you any discharge from your penis?


• When you pee with a really full bladder, does it come out as fast as it ever did - can you shoot it up in the air (how far)? Similarly, do you "shoot" as far as before when you come?

Now, in regard to seeing a urologist (must be in America - other countries you would see a real doctor instead! (;-) ), then:

• Did he send you for a urine test for infection; was the result entirely negative?


• Exactly what parts did he examine, and did he make any comment on each part examined?


• Did he in particular, examine you for a hernia in the outer groin?


• Did he suggest you see a neurologist (nerve doctor)? If so, did you? If not, why not?
