might be nothing?

ive written on here before, and am still stretching, can now retract it fully when limp, and gradually getting it back further when erect.
but im actually writing about something else, its probably nothing, but ive noticed since pulling my foreskin back, that the gland has changed. ive noticed that behind the gland there are little white lumps that werent there when i first got it back, it seems that they are spreading.
as im not used to seeing my gland, nor is it used to seeing daylight, i dont know if this is normal? is there any need for concern?
i might just be making a big deal, but since i discovered i had phimosis, after 21 years, im not risking leaving this incase it is anything?
