Hi everyone - i have been reading the posts and it seems that my problem is different to those i read. I can retract my foreskin to the point of just around the rim of the glans but no further due to, on the underside of the penis, the glans is attatched to the foreskin?!? The top part of the foreskin seems as though it will continue to go back, bu not the underpart. Please can someone tell me whats wrong and how to go about getting it sorted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
