>I've started 3 days ago, and am doing some good progresses quickly. I'm trying to not overdo it, so I stop just before any painful sensation. I don't use any cream yet. Foreskin has started to be less tight and I'm really happy to see a part of my body which was hidden til now!
>I have two questions: first is that my glans is too sensitive - I can't even touch it directly with my hands and gets incredibly cold when exposed to air. Does sensitivity decreases rapidly? I hope so. What can I do to make it less sensitive? Second question is the frenulum. Does it streteches too? I am not sure but I think I have what is called "frenulum breve" so it would be very bad if I had to go surgery for that (having escaped circumcision that is). What happens if it rips off? What is average lentgh of frenulum?

Tony, you are to be congratulated for beginning your exercises. Taking the precaution to avoid pain is good, and this also applies to stretching the frenulum. As you gain mobility in the foreskin and it is more easily retracted, you can apply tension to the frenulum by pulling back on the skin. Using the caution rule, there is no need to be concerned about tearing. Tearing of frenulums is much more the exception than the rule. Remember also that over 85% of the world's men are intact, so there is lots of history on this subject, both anecdotal and scientific. Unfortunately, sites such as this tend to dwell upon the exceptions rather than the normal, so the emphasis distorts the truth of the matter. The average lenght of the frenulum is whatever is necessary to do the job. It's job is to coax the foreskin back over the head automatically.

Don't worry about the sensitivity. With experience the glans will eventually perceive the difference between regular handling and sexual stimulation. It's a bit touchy now because nobody has ever touched it before. Give it time.
