Not necessarily. The test is a Chlamydia PCR test, separate to a normal urine culture, and in fact the special trick is that it requires the very first part that you pee.

That is apparently supposed to cover Gonorrhoea (which is an obvious thing to be considered with your symptoms) but not as effective for Chlamydia. Ten days would have been better. The "traditional" treatment is about ten to fourteen days with a tetracycline such as Doxycycline, while the "hot" treatment is a single dose of Azithromycin (Zithromax).

That is the "urethral syndrome" or "urethral symptom", simply tells you your urethra is irritated for whatever reason.

I can certainly understand your anxiety. I can only say (again) that it sounds as if you have probably been quite fully and adequately investigated, certainly for all readily fixable causes. Though a neurologist may be a good idea given the symptoms other than in your penis, it seems you may just have to live with it (and given that infection is ruled out, it should slowly go away by itself).
