Cheers, but thats nothing I don't know. I'm quite up on the subject and try to aid others with there problems whilst dealing with my own...I'm more interested in what Mr Mac and Paul B have to say...btw, what martial art do you study as I too am into them and study Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do.
