Alright Jake: You previously balked at the idea of using a device of some sort to provide constant tension upon the tight spots, didn't you? Perhaps now you can see the merit of such advice? Skin will stretch when given the proper coaxing. Ten minutes per day obviously isn't enough to break through the barrier that you presently have before you.
As a physical training buff, you know about barriers that must be broken, don't you? Occasionally every athlete gets to a plateau, when progress seems impossible. Those who progress beyond work harder, don't they? This particular exercise is no different from your martial arts exercises. What have you done in that realm to succeed? Didn't you put more time and concentration into your practice?
Apply the same principles here that you apply at the gymnasium or wherever you work out. Using something as a wedge to keep the skin stretched will provide you with the necessary tension that your skin is needing right now. Once you have broken through the barrier, the rest will be easy.
Still, caution is not to be thrown out the window. Don't do anything that hurts. Any questions?
>Alright guys
>Just to give you an update of my situation. I've been stretching now for about 4 months. We all know I had a tight foreskin and couldn't retract it at all. After a couple of weeks I could fully retract when flacid, and after about 2 months I could fully retract when hard but it was still tight.
>Since that time, for the past 2 months I've continued my stretching and made no gains. The skin is still tight when retracted erect and sometimes it will not go all the way.
>I am strecthing for about 10 minutes in a bath every day, as well as a couple of other times a day for a few minutes...any advice please?
