You don't need to agree, but simply comply. You haven't stated what the maximum diameter of the opening is presently. What I would advise is taking a measurement and finding of something of the same diameter that wouldn't require fabrication. Plastic is an ideal medium because of the smoothness of texture and the cleanability. All it takes is a small amount of lube and insertion into the foreskin opening and over the top of the glans. Leave it in place for waking hours, taking it out for urination. Life can be so simple if you let it be. Don't complicate matters by blocking out a viable solution because we have a village idiot present who can't come to grips with his own mistake. You have an opportunity to solve your problem. If I were you, I'd at least try it before giving up.
