Three suggestions we have had so far in the "ready-made" department:
- Bottle caps. The open end is probably a bit rough, so insert with this end outward. Will tend to slip out, need some surgical tape over the end to hold in place.
- Rubber bungs from the hardware store. Nice and smooth, really easy to clean. Insert broadest end inwards, will tend to stay in place but you would probably need tape to hold as well.
- If, and only if the size happens to be right, which it may well be if you can pull your foreskin over your erect glans, then a 35 mm plastic film canister is super, because they come for free (ask at the camera shop, people love them for storing things - the translucent ones are better for this but the black ones are probably more sun-proof, neither of which matters to you!), they are really smooth on the surface that would go over your glans, and they are again, really easily cleaned and hygienic plastic. There is a slightly smaller version called an "APS" or "Advantix" film container.
Now, I'm not sure what your concern about having to cut them is, but if you can cut a hole through, or the end out, you can pee without removing them, which is just a little easier. In particular with the film canister, you can cut the whole end out which makes it really easy to pee, and perfectly easy to clean afterward too.
Really recommend, whatever you use, use a lubricant with it.
