Phimosis or what?

Hello everybody,
I don't know what i am suffering from.Simple phimosis or BXO.I'll describe the situation.I am a 22 year old and naive enough to understand that i can do something like stretching the foreskin back.I streched my foreskin only recently (about 3-4 maonths back).i felt only a little pressure when i did it since the penis was flaccid.i could strech the fore skin a little beyond the head or the ring as u call it.then i tried it wi the penis erect.i could see my glans only a little from the narrow opening.i forcefully retracted the skin and it was retracting easily until i realised that there was a small portion of skin that was adheres to my glans and the bottom part of the fore skin which was preventing further retraction.i guess this is the adhesion that hasn't gone since my childhood.

I also tried to fully retract the foreskin when flaccid and keep it behind the head and waited for the penis to get erect.but when it got erect the adhesion was feeling a lot of pain.

As for the phimotic ring i don't think i have it bcos i can retract my skin quite easily when it is flaccid(but for the pressure i felt for the first time i did it) and to some degree even when erect.I have even started cleaning the head regulary by retracting the foreskin back while taking bath.

Pls advise me what am i suffering from?
Is this true phimosis or just the adhesion that is preventing me from retraction my foreskin (when erect)?

I wan't all ur advise before even i consult a doctor bcos here in our society it(circumsicion) would be considered a bad sign at the age of 22 and it would be embarassing to undergo anything like this.
PLs help me out of this trauma.
