Im wondering if it could be caused from overuse, because i remember it happening last time when it was overused , Also i noticed a lot more smegma and fluid after this happened as i did last time, i wonder if its related..

>I don't think your problem is the frenulum. Generally when a guy tears the frenulum there's a whole lot of blood. Plus the location of it doesn't sound like the frenulum. Personally, I'd be inclined to go visit your doctor and find outs what's up.
