Unable to stretch foreskin

Hi, after years of thinking that my penis was normal, i`ve just discoverd that it is infact normal for the foreskin to pull back.... I`ve never been able to pull back my foreskin, i can pull it back a about half an inch, but it seems to be caught on something :). So i guess its frenulum breve.. But i want someone else`s opinion. When i have an erection, the foreskin stays in place, but there is no pain. I have recently begun having sex, but only with a condom. There is no pain there either, except afterwards when it feels, well, not painfull, but, its hard to describe. Like i`ve been doing it too hard or something. I can masturbate fine, but when my girlfriend does this she is alittle more vigurous, which feels uncomfortable. So, what does it sound like?

I also want to know if surgeons are willing to correct this, other than performing circumcision. Is anyone here from the UK? What is the norm? I don`t want to loose my foreskin !

Also, it was very interresting to read about the glands being very sensitive. The skin there is EXTREMELY sensitive. I can`t bring myself to touch it, it just goes though me...
