Well, Rahul, on reading about your condition, I do not think you have either
BXO or frenulum breve. The best way to rule out frenulum breve is to pull the
foreskin rapidly backwards as far as it goes. Now, if the frenulum is indeed
short, the front part of the penis ( the tip ) bends downward noticeably. This does not seem to be happening in your case. Also, BXO can be easily detected if
there is a raised whitish ring preventing the foreskin from retracting fully
even when flaccid. Since, your foreskin retracts fully when flaccid, it isn't
BXO, which anyway is very rare.
Thus, it appears to be a simple case wherein the opening of the foreskin is not wide enough to accomodate the erect penis(glans), yet broad enough to allow the
flaccid penis to pass through. As such, stretching along with the application
of a steroidal cream will certainly cure your condition.Betamethasone cream under the brand name Betnovate is freely available in India without the prescription of a physician. Get one and continue stretching regularly for a
couple of months and everything will be OK.
Raj.
