I'm not a doctor. I have never stated that I am a doctor. I do, however, have experience with phimosis and having a tight frenulum - from when I suffered with the conditions and am able to give advice to some degree. Sure, I'm no doctor, I never claim to be, but then if I did claim to be a doctor it would be just as valid as PaulB's claim - he could just as easy be a secretary at your local NORM chapter. Who can say?
Also, I always suggest that people see a doctor if they have concerns about their penis so that they get a proper diagnosis - which you can't get without an actual examination.
