All respectable professions, to be sure. But in fairness to him, Paul B. hasn't himself claimed here to be a doctor (unless I missed it, which of course is possible), although he's had the degree conferred upon him by Jim, Phillip and possibly others.
By his own admission, however, Paul B. has cleaned out a fair share of raunchy navels ('scuse me, umbilici) and has assisted at surgery, so he seems to have had a fair amount of experience that can be qualified as medical. This would be consistent with his being a p.a. (physician's assistant), a necessary and respected profession even though it does not require the M.D. degree. (And in this status-conscious world a p.a. might not get the same attention that he/she'd get if his audience thought he were a physician.) It may be Paul would like to create and sustain the impression he's a physician by 'aping his betters', which includes affecting the snotty, disdainful mien that is his wont. But whether he is, or is not a doctor seems to be more or less beside the point: what is indisputable is that, like Jim, Phillip and some others who regale us here with their wisdom, Paul B. is an avid, dedicated anti-circer.

You showed the good sense to get rid of your phimosis in a timely manner. How you did this was your own affair, no-one else's.

And you don't know nothing about your own phimosis, having read your older posts. Heh.
