>Yes, it can happen, but it's nothing to get a panic attack over. Where there is a problem with this sort of thing is in little kids who panic and then report it when everything has swollen up as a result.
How this might happen is if you were to pull the skin all the way back and then get an erection. All you do is to squeeze the glans and pull the skin back over it. Application of cold can also help.
>Well, im starting to think now that its my foreskin that is tight. Now I am worrying what will happen if i pull the skin back too far, and it gets stuck behind the glands..... Can this happen?
>>I am also curious to see what she says. She may recommend the use of a steroid ointment to help loosen the tightness. Meanwhile, don't rule out the stretching advice. Everyone who has tried it has had remarkable results.
>>>ok, my foreskin is very flexible. When im flacid, i can definatly stretch it so that its wide enough to get over the head. Its obviously alittle more tighter when im hard, but i still think there is enough give to let it slide over the head. Well, when i stretch it when im hard, one side will come down, but the other side is stuck to the frenulum and wont move.
>>>OK, my frenulum, when im flacid, and i try to retract it looks like a small tube.... When im hard, it spreads out like , errr, i dunno :). Just more flat.... But it just doesnt seem to want to give any more slack.
>>>Im visiting the doctor on thursday, cant wait to see what she says....

>>>>>Hey, believe me i`ve tried ! Its just that the frenulum is too damn short. The end of my foreskin is very flexable, i cant see that being the problem. There is no way anyone is taking it away though. I`d rather stay like this for the rest of my life than be circumcised. I don`t see it as a major problem, just a pain in the arse !
>>>>OK, maybe we're getting somewhere with this, but one more question. You say the end of the foreskin is quite flexible. Take hold of it on each side with both hands and pull it apart. Now, how big is the opening when you do this? Is it larger than the diameter of the glans? Is it larger than the glans when you are erect? If so, then the foreskin is not the problem.
>>>>Now, when you try to retract, can you see the frenulum, the little web on the bottom side? What is it doing? Describe how it looks at this point of retraction.
>>>>If you do determine that the frenulum is the culprit, you can get this to stretch permanently, but it is going to require patience and diligence. Are you prepared with these qualities? Dr PaulB has described in detail the best way to accomplish the stretch. Perhaps he could copy and paste that info here for you to follow. Meanwhile, pull forward on the foreskin, stretching it away from your body. This will get the skin to relax and also give the frenulum a stretch. Several times per day, pull back on the skin to its limit and hold it there, again giving the frenulum a good stretch. Eventually, even the most stubborn tissue will get the message and it will stretch. Any question thus far? Please take time to answer the questions so we get a better picture of your situation. We'll help you sort it out.

>>>>>>I'm a bit confused mate. The subject line of your post says you're unable to stretch the foreskin but you don't mention trying in your message, beyond discovering that the tip of your foreskin won't "stretch"" open far enough for your knob to pop out.
>>>>>>When you see your doctor, let's not jump to any type of cutting, but rather tell your GP the foreskin on your willy is a bit tight and that you'd like a prescription for Betamethazone Ointment or cream.
>>>>>>Using the ointment or cream on the tight area together with some simple, painless stretching exercises will generally start to show improvement within two weeks and many individuals are able to bring their foreskin right back within two months, even with a stiffy.
>>>>>>If you're interested in persuing this instead of letting a uroligist put a knife to your willy, let's hear from you.
