That is not to say that you must be aggressive in the sense of power.
The better choice of words would be persistant. Stretching must not be painful, but it should be to the point of mild discomfort. Do it several times a day, but not to the point of irritation.

You'll get your best results by using a device which holds the skin open for hours on end. I can post specific instrucions on that if you haven't read the other posts which relate to that. Need them?

>Well, i went to the doctors today.... I told her the problem, she talked about circumcision, but she said that guys said it wasnt comfortable..... She said that it was probably just tight, coss id never done. I asked her about maybe it being a tight frenulum, so she asked me to show her. So, i pulled it back as far as i could. Stretching was the only thing she mentioned. So, thats what im going to try and do. Ill let u know if i see any progress.
