As I was leaving I asked him something about how often to stretch as we had not discussed it all. I had assumed to this point that he wanted me to do stretching with the cream, I mean I just imagined it as an integral part of the whole procedure. (I had already mentioned to him earlier that another doctor many years before advised me to regularly stretch it.) But he replied, that no you don't need to stretch. Then I said something like "really? don't stretch it" And he said "don't stretch it" And that was it.

It is interesting what you and Jim are saying about using an object like a cork for extended period of time. Never thought of that. Excuse my naivete, but do you really mean a cork made of cork? Or a rubber cork? (Is my mind playing tricks on me or do not rubber corks exist..?) Anyway will consider it...

By the way thanks for your responses.
