Today is a great day! I've managed (with some difficulty) to retract the foreskin when erected! It's not the tight feeling that I was expecting but fore sure there is an hourglass effect I have to get rid of.
One problem is that there is lot of skin retracted so the penis looks a bit weird... or maybe it's just me that is not used to the "new look" :-)
Another issue is the sensitivity of the glans... when totally exposed it gets cold very soon so my erection subsides quickly!
Will keep you informed on the progress!
