First off, Phillip (or whoever you are), respect is earned not a given. Hopefully you'll learn that when you get older.

Any "real" and responsible doctor would want to see someone in person and give them an examination and thus be able to give an accurate diagnosis. Also, with the internet, there's the issue of people pretending to be what they are not. Some people pretend to be women. Some even pretend to be multiple people.
