In general, yes. Take it easy. Mind you if it happens whilst having sex, you might just have to accept it!

> I read in the forum the stretching CAN have results even with tears etc...

As long as they do not become worse.

Zinc and Castor Oil - as used on babies for nappy (diaper) rash.

> I am using Savlon antiseptic cream for the tears. Any suggestions?

This is a (type of) product marketed for people who insist on "treating" or medicating every little injury. I suggest you don't use any form of antiseptic or antibiotic unless a doctor advises you really, really need to.

Many of these interfere with the normal, protective bacteria in these places, and cause the very problems people want to "treat". This is a major problem for women in particular.

Also avoid soap, for the same reasons. The Zinc & Castor Oil is basically waterproofing with a very mild drying and antiseptic agent with which it is minimally likely (but not impossible) to develop an allergy.

I'm sure there must be something relevant here. Use you imagination - think of things like film canisters (not sure how big your pennies are), bottle caps and such. Plastic heat hardening (or heat softening) putty has been suggested. Just use these things carefully, not too tight, and with lubrication, but do continue to try simple stretching first.
