The first thing I'd suggest (if you haven't done so already is visit the site that hosts this forum. It's quite objective about Phimosis and related condition and solutions http://www.male-initiation.net/welcome.html. In a nutshell though, Phimosis can treated a number of ways - circumcision, partial-circumcision, dorsal slit, you could try stretching the foreskin (which works for some and not for others). Anyay, I'd certainly be inclined to check with your doctor before accepting any "medical" advice you are given online on how to solve the problem you have.
