Hi Andy. If you are really concerned about treatment and cost, rest easy. You don't need to see anyone, and you don't need any medicine. The cost is absolutely nothing. That may come as a surprise to you, but it is a fact.
All you need to do is some simple exercises a few times a day. Your foreskin is a little tight because you haven't been drawing it back often enough. Do this: Every time you pee, pull the skin back as far as it will go. Stretch it. In addition, at least twice a day, take hold on each side and pull the skin outward. Also pull it forward away from you. The skin needs to be worked with. When you have your personal "fun" time, use the skin by moving it back and forth. After only two weeks you will notice a little change. This should encourage you to understand that you have the key to accomplishing the goal of full retraction even when erect. If you have any questions, I'll be here to help you along. So far, everyone who has tried these things has had success. There is a doctor in France who has has had hundreds of teenage boys do this over several years, and every one of his patients has found that it works. It will work for you too.
