Hey man, I to was in your problem about 3 weeks ago, stretch has really helped me, and its pretty much painless unless you try going to far. Just stretch regularly like said before. Even if you do consult a doctor, dont just go strait into any methods that involve cutting "ouch" just tell him you want to try stretching first, if he dissagrees, he cant really force you into getting cut anyways.

Anyways, back to my part, i was pretty much in your same shape, i could see only the front, and if i tried to pull it back it hurt. After about 3 weeks of stretching i can pull the foreskin back all the way when flaccid. when erect i can get about 3/4ths of the way with no pain!

Now im not a doctor but i must admit this treatment seems to work quite well, it just takes time.
