Hi Andy,

With stretching, you are pulling the skin to make it expand. As I outlined in my previous response, you should be pulling on the skin at least twice per day. Take hold on either side and pull. Simply put, that's it.

Be gentle with yourself. By being too agressive, you can tear the skin, making it necessary to lay off for a couple of days. Pull until you feel some mild discomfort. You may wish to apply a good hand lotion afterward to keep the skin supple. Hold the skin in the expanded position for a few minutes, ten if possible. You may find you'll get better results by doing this when you shower. The warm water relaxes the skin and makes it more adaptable to stretching.

Try pulling back the skin more often during the day also. Everytime you pee, pull it back as far as it will go. When you have erections, also pull the skin back to its limit. Within just a few short days, you'll notice a change.
