After the circumcision, did you have a lot of erections in underwear ? Did you wear loose or tighter underwear ?
If you wear loose boxers, your glans will had to get "more" used to the rubbing than if you wear tighter underwer against which it rubs less.
Also, if you had had an unretractable foreskin for many years, it is possible that your glans is currently undergoing some adaptation period where it regenerates quickly and hence has a thicker than usual layer of dead cells on its surface. This will eventually go away. For males who have normal retractable foreskin, this process happens naturally over time during nocturnal erections where the glans stays exposed for long periods.
But for males who have never had their glans exposed for long periods, it is still very much "infantile" in terms of surface and the sudden exposure makes it adapt in a few weeks what would have taken all of puberty for a normal male with retractable foreskin.
Have you tried vaseline on glans a few times a day (or baby oil) ? This may help it acclimatise over a longer period.
