Danny, it might be the frenulum, but to be sure I'd need more details. Have you tried looking at the site that hosts this forum? http://www.male-initiation.net/welcome.html, thre's plenty of information there that can help give you a better idea of what the actual problem is. Personally, I'd suggest speaking to one of your parents about your concerns. It may be embarrassing, but they will want to know if you have concerns. Heck, for all you know, maybe your Dad could have had a similar problem when he was younger! Whatever, they will want to make sure you are okay and given the best advice.
