Your partner is not "wet" enough - she is not ready for sex, and you are thrusting too fast (or trying to). That isn't what intercourse is all about, notwithstanding anything you may understand from porn movies.
Use some "personal lubricant" - the stuff they sell with condoms. It sounds funny, but you have to squirt a little inside her. It might be enough to put some all over your glans (penis head) or if your foreskin is still covering the head when you are erect, squirt some in underneath it. As has been mentioned, if you use a condom, put some of the lubricant inside that (and plenty on the outside as well!).
You may not believe this, but you are not likely to be "too sensitive" and need to do anything other than have sex very gently - if you do that, it will be the best way to adjust your sensitivity! And - an added benefit - she will enjoy it far more that way.
