Frenulum breve

I'm 19 and until i found this website i had never retracted my foreskin. After identifying my problem as phimosis i began streching and can now retract behind the glans when erect. I have now found that i have a short frenulum and when i try to retract it any further than the back of the glans it pulls the glans down. It isn't so much painful as annoying, as when it becomes too tense i will let it return. I wanted to know if anyone could recommend anything before i consider anything i can't do myself. Thanks.
