Did you happen to notice that the most important part of the conversation you had with the doctor's office was the discussion of the fee? That should be a clue as to the necessity of the operation. It is quite evident what the doctor's true intention is, don't you think? When you get a chance, I think it would be advisable to let him know in writing exactly what you think about it. Before doing that, I'd advise taking a brief course in understanding what role the foreskin plays in the life of human males. Then let him have it with both barrels.
