So much for your doctor's opionion. If you don't stretch, you won't get results even with the cream. Sounds like you aren't any brighter than AJ! Or, are you AJ with a disguise?

If you'll look closely you'll see that the advice given here is getting results. Is that important, or is it more important to pay for the advice of someone who doesn't know anything like your doctor?
