I started out using a bottle cap that measured roughly 3/4 of an inch in diameter. Each week I rap some medical tape around the circumference of the bottle cap. The more tape you wrap, the more diameter you get. the difficult part is getting the foreskin to stretch over the device. I normally place some Petroleum Jelly on the top of the defice. this prevents the head of the penis from coming into direct contact with the device. Once i get the foreskin over the device, I tape it into place with some more medical tape. The only problem is that I have to take it out each time i urinate (I have tried to put a hole through the ends of the device, but havent had any success to date) I will continue doing this for the next 2 months. Of course, before i insert the device,I apply the betamethasone cream. I am very happy with the progress I;ve made. But I still have a little way yet to go before i get the foreskin to slide freely over the head during intercourse. In the end, if it doesnt move freely over during intercourse, it doesnt make a big difference, because sex is good as it is right now. 3 months ago i could hardly feel anything when i had sex. Now its such a PLEASURE.
